We are dedicated to the training and development of all staff in the organisation. This extends to education offerings to our employees' families in support of CSI.
HSE
TiAuto Investments is fully compliant with the regulations of the Occupational Health & Safety Act. This has been achieved through continually addressing the requirements of the Act in terms of OHSA representation, training and monthly meetings with the OHS representatives.

TRAINING AND EDUCATION
Training and staff development is seen as a major contributor to the success and well-being of the group’s Human Resources. Training is made readily accessible and occurs across all levels of the organisation. This includes basic adult education and literacy and extends to tertiary education.
The Academy has developed Internal Training Programmes aimed at the upliftment of our Tyre Fitment Service offerings within the business. This includes our Sales Trainee Programmes as well as the following Merseta accredited programmes: Wheel Alignment Training and our Fitting, Stripping & Balancing Training.
CORPORATE SOCIAL INVESTMENT
TiAuto Investments is committed to Corporate Social Investment. Our focus is on education for our employees’ families as well as industry partners
These projects have included:
- Feeding schemes to various orphanages and organisations.
- Providing educational packs to orphanages and organisations.
- Partnership, sponsorship, and other projects with South African National Blood Services to make “life-saving” contributions.
- Our employees are involved in taking time out for “food packing” events in association with Stop Hunger.
- Whilst these projects are very fulfilling and rewarding, TiAuto also provides benefits for its employees. It has implemented CSI projects in the form of School Sponsorships & Bursaries for children of employees who qualify for financial support to attain their educational goals.
We believe that there is an increasing need to contribute towards education in South Africa to afford others an opportunity to partake in quality education to equip learners for future careers and to have a positive influence on society.
It was on this premise that, in 2017, The Young Learners Education Trust was created. This serves as a conduit for our customers and interested partners to make a difference through the collaboration and contribution of funding to recognised institutions and fellow learners in South Africa.
The Young Education Trust is a registered Trust in terms of Section 6 (1) of the Trust Property Control Act, 1988 No: IT 001421/2017 (G).
HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT

HIV/AIDS
The group recognises that the effects of HIV/AIDS can have a major personal, social and economic impact on families, communities and employers.
It is for this reason that TiAuto Investment is committed to ensuring that all staff are made aware of the risks, threats and prevention of HIV/AIDS and has partnered with an independent service provider to educate and provide assistance and support to all employees and their dependents.
This is an ongoing and committed project in the war against fighting this crippling disease.
ENVIRONMENT
TiAuto Investments is committed to making a difference in the world, and this is reflected in everything we do. We are especially focused on three critical pillars: People, Profit, and Planet.
In terms of the Planet pillar, we are pleased with the progress we have made in converting our retail stores to solar power. Phase 1 is complete, and Phase 2 is underway. We have already seen positive results from our solar investment, including reduced carbon emissions and saved energy costs.
